By May, I want …

By May, I want to lose 3″ around the waist. According to the wise internets, 10lbs lost = 1″ lost.

Insane.

Harder for me to lose weight since a lot of my initial weight loss was from cutting calories. I have no more calories to cut which means…DRASTIC WORKOUT REGIMEN.

Unfortunately, getting to do something insane would require intense focus and discipline. Since I have neither, I might have to go with just 30 min of quick walking and 15 minutes of weight lifting.

    Losing weight can be very difficult but you can do it! If you don’t meet your goal, however, don’t give up. Just keep trying.
